WINDOW TO FRONT
WINDOW TO FRONT will bring the the DarkBasic Pro window or any other window if either its handle or its name is given, to the front. This command is a native part of DarkBasic Pro. The STYX Plugin adds the functionality that allows to pass a window handle.

ARGUMENTS:
optional:
* Window Name = Name of a window.
or
optional:
* Window Handle = Handle to a window.
